Come join our supportive and friendly group sessions. Everyone is welcome and treated the same. It’s the challenge you need: just think of it as Bootcamp without the shouting! I will encourage you and push you to achieve the most you can.

£10 per session   |   £80 for a bundle of 10


An intense, 50 to 60-minute workout, including warm-up and cool-down.

Each session will be different from the last: HIIT, resistance training, running, bodyweight exercises and much more.

A variety of equipment ready for you to use.
