I love learning. I always have. I know that many of the people I train feel the same and this inspired me to invite guest fitness instructors to come and help lead some of my group sessions. Not only does this give us variety throughout the year, we all learn skills that we can carry with us for the rest of our lives.
In the pipleline:
- a physiotherapist who is going to help us learn advanced stretching techniques that we can carry on at our sessions and beyond
- a running coach who can advise us on running form and technique, helping us with speed and endurance
- a boxing instructor who will up our cardio workouts as well as teaching us safe and efficient boxing styles
- an Alexander Technique teacher who can help us with our posture both when exercising and in our daily lives
If you have any further suggestions or recommendations, I would love to know! I am confident that we will benefit enormously from these special guests and I guarantee we will have fun along the way.
