Come and join Chislehurst Fitness for a fun, safe and challenging Boxercise workout! Run by a fully qualified Boxercise Ltd coach, Boxercise gives you a full body workout in a non-competitive environment. Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. No previous boxing experience is needed. Suitable for all levels of fitness with no rivalry. Everyone is welcome and treated the same. Kit is provided (although the recommendation will be to buy your own if coming regularly).

WHAT TO EXPECT
An intense, 50 to 60-minute workout, including warm-up and cool-down.
Each session will be different from the last: boxing technique, pad work, abdominal workout.
Guest instructor sessions: specialist coaches are invited to co-run occasional sessions with Matt.

I highly recommend Matt’s bootcamp classes. They are challenging but fun with a real mix of exercises, and no two classes are the same so no chance of getting bored!
